Internet Explorer 4.0 and later are capable of supporting 128-bit SSL, but that requires a service pack to be installed. Get the service pack directly from Microsoft's Download Center, or download it from here...

How to install

  1. Determine your Internet Explorer version.
  2. Download the appropriate file:
    (Right click on the filename and select "Save Target as..." and save it to a temporary folder)
  3. Close Internet Explorer once the file is downloaded.
  4. Run the downloaded file and follow the installation instructions.
  5. Restart your computer when prompted.
